Bristol is Europe’s Green Capital

As well as hundreds of individuals and small organisations, Bristol’s European Green Capital year is being led by three distinct organisations. 
Bristol Green Capital Partnership is an independent leadership organisation whose aim is to make Bristol “a low carbon city with a high quality of life for all”.  

Bristol’s year as European Green Capital will be a city-wide intiative with many organisations involved. To facilitate this a new company has been established, Bristol 2015 Ltd.

Both of these organisations work closely with Bristol City Council to bring about local empowerment, sustainable leadership and to build Bristol’s global profile.
